NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Dear Members
These Annual General Meetings are an opportunity for all members to contribute to the management and running of your Synagogue.
It is a time for you to join the Synagogue Board and make a valuable, direct contribution to our congregation.
The Annual General Meeting of the Ladies Auxiliary will be held at 7:00pm Thursday 15th September 2011, at the Synagogue.
The Annual General Meeting of Coogee Synagogue Inc. will be held at 7:30pm Thursday 15th September 2011, at the Synagogue.
The Agenda will follow clause 24 of the Articles of the Association and include the acceptance of the previous minutes, President’s Report, Treasurer’s Report and Annual Accounts, the Rabbi’s Report and the Board of Management Elections. It will also include General Business.
I have included with this notice a Nomination Form for Board positions for 2011/2012.(click on link to download)
Nominations must be received 7 days before the meeting.
The minutes of last year’s AGM, the Annual Accounts and the list of nominations received for the incoming Board of Coogee Synagogue Inc. , the AGM Agenda and a Proxy Form will all be posted/emailed 6 days before the AGM. You can also click on the links to download them.
I remind you that the current Constitution (The Articles of the Association) is available as a PDF, or as a hard copy on request from the administrative assistant.
Your attendance at the above Annual General Meeting is vitally important. We look forward to seeing you there.
